DMCA Notice & Takedown Policy

1) How to Submit a DMCA Notice

To help us process your request quickly, please include all of the following information in your notice:

3) What Happens Next

After we receive a complete DMCA notice, we may:

  • remove or disable access to the reported material, and/or
  • contact the party who posted or provided the content (if applicable).

Incomplete notices may delay processing.

4) Counter-Notification (If You Believe a Mistake Was Made)

If you believe your content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification. Your counter-notice should include:

  • identification of the removed material and the URL where it appeared,
  • a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the material was removed due to mistake or misidentification,
  • your name, address, and email,
  • a statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the appropriate court, and
  • your physical or electronic signature.

We may forward counter-notifications to the original complaining party as required by law.

5) Repeat Infringers

We may, in appropriate circumstances, restrict access for repeat infringers and/or terminate access to services associated with repeated violations.
