3) What Happens Next

4) Counter-Notification (If You Believe a Mistake Was Made)
If you believe your content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification. Your counter-notice should include:
- identification of the removed material and the URL where it appeared,
- a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the material was removed due to mistake or misidentification,
- your name, address, and email,
- a statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the appropriate court, and
- your physical or electronic signature.
We may forward counter-notifications to the original complaining party as required by law.
5) Repeat Infringers
We may, in appropriate circumstances, restrict access for repeat infringers and/or terminate access to services associated with repeated violations.
